Ingredients

  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 cup Nature’s Touch frozen raspberries
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate, melted
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil (optional, for shinier chocolate)

Step 1

In a small bowl, mix the Greek yogurt with the honey. Add the frozen raspberries and gently coat them.

Step 2

Place the mixture in bite-sized portions on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Freeze for 30 minutes to 1 hour, until the bites are completely set.

Step 3

Melt the chocolate and coconut oil together over a double boiler or in the microwave.

Step 4

Dip each frozen cluster into the melted chocolate.

Step 5

Return to the baking sheet and freeze until set

Step 6

Remove the bites from the freezer 3-5 minutes before serving so they are slightly softer to enjoy.
