Very Berry Burst

Ingredients

  • 3 cups Nature's Touch Organic Very Berry Burst
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 tsp. cornstarch
  • 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 6 tbsp. unsalted butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup milk

Step 1

Preheat over to 350° F (180° C)

Step 2

In a large saucepan, combine 1/2 cup sugar and cornstarch. Add frozen fruit and toss well. Bring to a boil, and stir until the fruits have softened.

Divide fruit mixture into 6 small 1-cup jars or ramekins. In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking powder and salt.
