Tropical Fruit Medley

Ingredients

  • 2 cups vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup Nature’s Touch – Tropical Medley, slightly thawed and pureed
  • 12 Biscoff cookies

Step 1

Let the Nature’s Touch fruit thaw for 15 minutes. Place in a blender and blend until smooth.

Step 2

In a square glass dish, spread a layer of yogurt. Add a thin layer of Tropical Medley purée, then top with the remaining yogurt. Reserve a small amount of purée to swirl on top.

Step 3

Press the Biscoff cookies into the yogurt. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.

Step 4

The cookies will soften and absorb the yogurt, creating a creamy, cheesecake-like texture. Before serving, top with a few pieces of thawed Nature’s Touch fruit for a fresh, colorful finish.
