Pesticide Tested Info
*Pesticides are widely used in today’s agriculture and the growing practices of our broccoli involve direct and indirect exposure
(i.e., air or water) to pesticides.
At Nature’s Touch, our goal is to limit your exposure to pesticide residues when enjoying our products and that is why our highly qualified team uses the latest generation equipment to test for a minimum of 260 of the most commonly known pesticides.
Cooking Method
1. Add 2 cups (500 mL) of frozen broccoli florets to a pot of boiling water; lower heat and simmer for 3 – 4 minutes.
2. Drain, season to taste and serve.
Your Questions, Answered
Have questions about our Pesticide Tested – Broccoli? We’ve gathered answers to the most common inquiries.
What can I do with frozen broccoli?
Frozen broccoli is a convenient way to add greens to your meals anytime. You can steam or sauté it as a quick side dish, toss it into stir-fries, soups, or casseroles, or blend it into smoothies for an extra boost of nutrition. It’s also perfect for pasta dishes, grain bowls, or simply roasting with a drizzle of olive oil for a tasty, wholesome bite.
Is tested for pesticide residue fruit healthier than traditional frozen fruit?
There is no difference in the nutritional value of a conventional fruit vs a tested for pesticide residue fruit. The main difference is that we guarantee that there is no pesticide residue on the tested for pesticide residue fruits, whereas conventional fruits might have pesticide residue that is within the limits approved by the regulating authorities.
