Fill your glass jug with your filtered water and then pour that into your pot.

Step 2

Bring water to a boil and remove from heat. Add brown sugar and tea bags. Stir and allow to steep with the lid off.

One your tea bags are properly infused, have your water cool down to room temperature.

Step 4

Once water has cooled, transfer it to your clean jar. Use your wooden spoon and add your SCOBY.

Step 5

Cover with cheesecloth and secure with a rubber band. Keep in a slightly warm spot. If you store it in a cold space, it will stop the ferment.

Bring to boil 2 cups of your favourite Nature’s Touch frozen fruits in a little bit of water. You want to create a fruit sauce kind of texture. Let it cool down.

Step 8

Squeeze your fruit mixture in a cheesecloth and add the fruit juice to your kombucha, Use the fruit purée to create yummy snacks like muffins or smoothies,

Step 9

You can let your kombucha rest for another week to make sure that your fruit juice is properly absorbed into your kombucha.
