Tropical Fruit Medley

Ingredients

  • 1 pouch Nature’s Touch Tropical Fruit Medley
  • ¼ cup coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp lime juice

Step 1

Add the frozen tropical fruit, coconut milk, honey, and lime juice to a high-speed blender or food processor. Blend on high, scraping down the sides as needed, until the mixture is thick, creamy, and smooth. If your blender struggles, you can let the fruit sit at room temp for 5 minutes or add a splash more coconut milk.

Step 2

Scoop into bowls for a soft-serve or for a firmer sorbet, transfer the mixture to a freezer-safe container and freeze for 1–2 hours. Let it sit at room temperature for a few minutes before scooping powder. Blend until smooth. Garnish with lime zest and mint if desired and enjoy!
