Very Berry Burst

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup Nature’s Touch Very Berry Burst frozen berries
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/3 cup softened butter
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 400°F (204°C).

Step 2

On the stovetop or in the microwave, heat 1/3 cup of frozen berries for a few minutes until soft and jammy. Set aside.

Step 3

In a bowl, whisk together 1 cup flour, 1/2 teaspoon baking powder, and 1/8 teaspoon salt.

Step 4

In another bowl, cream 1/3 cup softened butter with 1/3 cup sugar until smooth.

Step 5

Mix in the heated berries until well combined. The dough will take on a natural, fruity color.

Step 6

Gradually add the dry ingredients into the butter-berry mixture.

Step 7

Add chocolate chips: Fold in 1/2 cup white chocolate chips.

Step 8

Scoop the dough onto a baking tray and bake at 400°F (204°C) for 10–13 minutes.
